Acceptance

By accessing our website, downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the website or use the apps.

License and Use

• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps for lawful purposes.
• You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, sell, or exploit the apps except as permitted by law.
• You may not use the website or apps to harass, threaten, abuse, defraud, spam, scrape, or interfere with us or other users.

App Functionality

We aim to provide a reliable experience, but the apps are provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change, be removed, or be discontinued at any time.

Purchases and Subscriptions (If Offered)

If an app offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, those purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's billing terms. Pricing, taxes, billing intervals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Google Play unless required otherwise by law.

Ads and Analytics

Some apps may display ads (e.g., via AdMob) and collect analytics (e.g., via Firebase) to help improve performance and user experience. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Automated Access, Scraping, and Bots

You may not use automated systems, scrapers, crawlers, agents, bots, or data-mining tools to access, monitor, copy, profile, harvest, or analyze the website or apps without our prior written permission, except for ordinary search engine indexing that follows our published technical restrictions.

You may not use automated legal analysis, claims-generation, demand-generation, or litigation-support systems to manufacture, solicit, or pursue claims against us based on automated interaction with the website or apps. Automated access in violation of this section is unauthorized access.

By sending, authorizing, or benefiting from automated access to the website or apps, you represent that you have authority to bind the person or organization responsible for that access to these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Before starting a legal claim, you agree to contact us at contact@zasnothing.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to address the issue informally. To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes must be resolved through individual arbitration or another private dispute-resolution process we agree to in writing, not in a court or class action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief where permitted by law.

If any part of this dispute-resolution section is not enforceable in a particular jurisdiction, the rest of these Terms still applies, and the parties agree to use the closest lawful private dispute-resolution process available in that jurisdiction.

User Content

If the app allows you to enter or create content, you are responsible for that content. You represent that you have the right to use and share any content you provide and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zasnothing Studios LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of (or inability to use) the apps.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate access to the apps at any time. You may stop using the apps at any time by uninstalling them.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the apps after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If a provision is unclear, incomplete, or contains an error, we may clarify or correct it. Updates apply from the posted effective date unless applicable law allows a different result.
